This blog chronicles the progress, or lack thereof, of an amateur photographer.  I started shooting about 3 years ago, but only began taking it seriously about a year ago.  I got into photography for how it enables me to see the world.  I never feel in greater spiritual alignment than when I am walking the streets looking for beauty.  It allows me to see things I would never see.  Photography is one of the few things in life where I truly enjoy the journey more than the destination.  If I go out for hours and fail to capture a single worthwhile image that’s fine with me.
